Members pay in advance for either one month, three months, or one year. If you want to pay monthly, send $68 to start ($17 x 4 weeks). If you want to pay quarterly, send $214.50 to start ($16.50 x 13 weeks). We will e-mail a confirmation and orientation packet when we process your application.
