Do not try to fill out this form online—it won't happen! Deliveries are made to Sacramento, Davis, Woodland, and Esparto on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Members pay in advance for either one month, three months, or one year. If you want to pay monthly, send $72 to start ($18 x 4 weeks). If you want to pay quarterly, send $214.50 to start ($16.50 x 13 weeks). You can also request every other week deliveries, however, you still need to pay for 13 boxes to get the quarterly discount rate.
